Full Technical Production Services for a quarterly Business Report for Shareholders and Press incorporating a presentation from members of the Board and an open forum question and answer session with Press and Shareholders.
Designed and built a bespoke conference set to the specifications of the auditorium, a panel table for the Board and a lectern for presentations.
Creation of a branding and display solution in the hospitality area to showcase the brand and products.
Operation and co-ordination of all production and live show aspects to ensure seamless delivery of the live production on the day.

The event was a great success with almost maximum attendance.
We created a hospitality area provided 6 large branded panels, each with a screen to showcase shows and products.
The main set created in the Auditorium fitted the stage area perfectly and lighting was used to enhance the printed branding and the live presentation.
All technical aspects ran perfectly, including the live presentation, question and answer and hospitality area showcase.
