Brief
- designing an online format for a well-established, in person, awards ceremony
- creating a look and feel to retain the experience and excitement which returning audience members had come to expect
- ensuring that new, online, guests enjoy the ceremony and have a night to remember
- evaluation and selection of the most appropriate platform to deliver the online format
- live, instant networking for attendees, tables and organisations plus post event interactive opportunities
Delivery
- mix of a live studio environment for the host, pianist and signer plus online contributions from guest presenters, winning charities and, of course, the audience
- live studio broadcast mixed with nominees, winners, sponsors and celeb VIP’s from live Zoom rooms as well as some pre-recorded videos (for contributors who weren’t available on the day)
- preparation of scripts and technical flows for autocue, live operators and stage management team
- design of set and stage, lighting, video and sound systems
- pre-event briefings with host, sponsors, VIP awards category presenters and other key contributors
- on stage rehearsals with host and online, rehearsals with VIP presenters
- full technical rehearsals on the afternoon of the show
- briefing and management of AV/production suppliers
- appointment, management and direction of an online event platform provider
- music Rights negotiation and licensing
- creation of opening video, 11 x 90 second winner videos, all slideware, visual media and soundtrack
- arrangement of on-stage live pianist /vocalist/musical director for walk-up stings and background music
- direction and stage management of the live event
